Now You can return this item for any reason no shipping charges Free Return. The item must be returned in new and unused condition. Return within 99 Days.

Return Policy for Bulk 

We value your satisfaction and aim to make bulk ordering smooth and transparent. Please review the guidelines below to understand how returns work for bulk purchases.

1. Customized products are specially made for you and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

2. We offer free returns for all orders under $249. For bulk orders above $249, if the total value of returned items exceeds $249, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Each order is eligible for one free return. If a customer wishes to return additional items from the same order after the initial return, they will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

In case of refund, we will refund you the purchasing price (Excluding shipping price), once you have returned the item in its acceptable form with terms and conditions. Refund would take around 10 days after you have returned the item(s) to us.

Orders are subject to their availability at the time of dispatch. We keep our data up to date in these terms. However, in case of unavailability of any of your item(s) at the time when your order is packed, we will refund you for those items and you will be informed through an email about it.

Order Cancellation or Alteration

You can call our customer service within an hour of placing the order if you want to cancel your recent order. Other than that, you cannot “CANCEL”, “ADD” or “CHANGE” items, as orders are processed as soon as you place them so that you can get your item as early as possible. However, you can have a return or exchange as soon as you receive the product.

Non-returnable and Non-refundable Items

• Item(s) should be unused with all original tags/labels attached.
• Undergarments and intimates cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Clearance, closeout and discontinued items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
• Altered or used items are not acceptable.
• Returns for swimwear will be accepted if the protective gusset and labeling have not been removed.

How to Return an Item

• Once you have considered the above mentioned terms and conditions for returns, please contact to customer services through email or call us to get RMA (return merchandise authorization).
• Make sure to mention your invoice number, with the information about product and state whether you want to exchange or return the product.
• Once you are provided with RMA (through email), just pack the item in box and mention that RMA over it, and send it back to us.
• Don’t forget to inform us through message or email once you are done with the above process.
• Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received at our warehouse.
• In case of exchange you will have to place the order again as we don’t offer direct replacements.
• This process might take 5-10 business days.
