Return Policy

We try to do our best to provide you with an excellent shopping experience at VeeTrends, so we have developed an ideal return policy as well. However, there are few points that you must consider while returning the item like:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.
  • Undergarments and intimates cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Clearance items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Returns for swimwear will be accepted if the protective gusset and labeling have not been removed.
  • Customer will bear any costs associated with returning the item to us.
  • However, in case of damaged item we will offer you free return service. For customers are requested to check their orders at the time they are delivered.

Refund Policy

In case of refund, we will refund you the purchasing price (Excluding shipping price), once you have returned the item in its acceptable form with terms and conditions mentioned below:

  • Item(s) should be unused with all original tags/labels attached.
  • Clearance items are not eligible for a refund.
  • Undergarments and intimates are not eligible for a refund.
  • Altered or used items are not acceptable.
  • Refund would take around 10 days after you have returned the item(s) to us.

Orders are subject to their availability at the time of dispatch. We keep our data up to date in these terms. However, in case of unavailability of any of your item(s) at the time when your order is packed, we will refund you for those items and your will be informed through email about it.

Procedure of Returns

  • Once you have considered the above mentioned terms and conditions for returns, please contact to customer services to get RMA (return merchandise authorization).
  • You can contact to customer services via email and Phone.
  • Make sure to mention your invoice number, with the information about product and state whether you want to exchange or return the product.
  • We will email you your RMA along with the instruction for return via email.
  • Once you are provided with RMA, just pack the item in box and mention that RMA over it, and send it back to us.
  • Don’t forget to inform us through message or email once you are done with the above process.
  • Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received at our warehouse.
  • In case of return you will have to place the order again as we don’t offer direct replacements.
  • This process might take 5-10 business days.
